Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and appliances. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, blockages, water pressure problems). Assemble, install, and repair piping systems and related equipment (e.g., faucets, toilets, water heaters, dishwashers). Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Use tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and augers to perform tasks. Perform inspections and testing of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety. Provide accurate estimates for repair and installation services. Offer advice and recommendations to clients on proper plumbing maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent. Respond to emergency plumbing situations, including leaks or broken pipes. Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a plumber or similar role (apprenticeship may be acceptable). In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. A valid plumber's license (as required by local regulations).
