Install water supply, drainage, and waste systems in commercial and residential fitout projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are integrated correctly within the architectural layout.
Work closely with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople (like electricians, carpenters, and HVAC technicians) to ensure plumbing systems align with the overall design of the fitout.
Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and water flow to ensure they are functioning properly.
Conduct inspections and commissioning to ensure the systems meet quality standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, making repairs or adjustments as necessary during the fitout process.
Provide maintenance services and repairs for plumbing systems installed during fitouts to ensure long-term reliability.
Keep detailed records of plumbing installations, materials used, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered.
