Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.

Diagnostics & Inspection
Use tools like pipe locators, pressure gauges, and leak detection equipment to assess issues.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential problems or code violations.
Perform camera inspections of sewer lines or underground pipes.

Blueprint Reading & Planning
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Estimate materials and labor needed for a job.
Coordinate with contractors and other trades to ensure proper system integration.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
