We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team ( NOOR QAHIRAH FACILITES MANAGEMENT). This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing field, with a strong focus on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plumbing systems within our properties. A solid understanding of local building codes and safety regulations is essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues.
Install new plumbing fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.
Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
Ensure proper functioning of water supply and drainage systems.
Install and maintain water supply pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, using appropriate tools.
Assist with the installation of new plumbing systems and fixtures.
Read blueprints and layouts for plumbing installations.
Conduct preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with other technicians and staff to complete repairs and installations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience in plumbing.
In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to handle complex plumbing tasks and repairs.
