Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced
Plumber
with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, sanitary fixtures, and water supply networks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Knowledge of UAE plumbing codes and safety regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g., water supply lines, drainage, sanitary systems, valves, and pumps).
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
Identify and diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or malfunctioning fixtures and provide effective repairs.
Install and repair hot and cold-water systems, water heaters, and booster pumps.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with local health and safety standards and UAE regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other site workers to coordinate projects.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Provide emergency plumbing services when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience within the UAE.
Deep knowledge of UAE plumbing codes and standards.
Experience working with different pipe materials such as PPR, PVC, copper, and GI.
Familiarity with high-rise, commercial, and villa plumbing systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
UAE driving license (preferred, not mandatory).
