The plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This includes pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on construction projects.
Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship is preferred.
Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.

May require working in various environments, including homes, businesses, and construction sites.
