We are seeking an experienced Plumber with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a maintenance company, specializing in villas and apartments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corrective and preventive maintenance programs, as well as expertise in various piping materials and plumbing systems. Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance company, specializing in villas and apartments.
- Proficient in corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
- Expertise in managing and repairing various piping works (PPR, Copper, HDPE, PVC, Flex, PB).
- Knowledge of valve installation, tank installation, sanitary fitting installation, drainage systems, water supply systems, and hot water systems.
- Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining all kinds of plumbing works.
- Understanding of water supply lines, pipes, pressure testing, and leak detection.
- Familiarity with water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
