Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with excellent technical skills. They should be able to work independently and possess strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. An understanding of building codes as well as strong customer service and communication skills are a must.

- Install, inspect, replace and maintain pipes, fixtures and appliances for water and gas distribution
- Resolve complex plumbing problems such as installing and maintaining septic systems
- Perform maintenance and inspection work and diagnose issues with plumbing systems
- Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilet tanks and other fixtures
- Identify plumbing and construction needs; identify materials and supplies required
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and Flex Industrial Quality Assurance Programme standards
- Follow verbal and written instructions and read blueprints as required
- Maintain logs of work as per Flex Industrial Quality Assurance Programme and communicate with service manager/foreman
- High school diploma or equivalent, a plumbing apprenticeship or trade school training and relevant experience is desired
- 2 years of experience as a residential or commercial plumber
- Ability to handle physical workload, use hand and power tools and work in adverse weather conditions
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and an up-to-date knowledge of latest plumbing materials and techniques
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
