Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. As a plumber at Centerstone Interiors, you will be responsible for handling plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks for our diverse range of interior projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional and efficient plumbing systems within commercial and residential spaces. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment according to project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and interior designers to understand plumbing specifications and integrate them seamlessly into the overall design plans.
• Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, and fitting of pipes, valves, fittings, and other plumbing components.
• Perform inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct repairs on plumbing systems, including leak detection and pipe repairs or replacements.
• Install and connect water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
• Collaborate with other skilled laborers and subcontractors to coordinate work schedules and ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of plumbing materials used, work performed, and time spent on projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring client satisfaction with plumbing services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations in Dubai, UAE.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams.
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid plumbing certifications and licenses are preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
