What you will be doing:

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, including water supply systems, sewer pumps, and drainage networks throughout the property. Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners. Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning fat traps, soil pipes, and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets. Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements. Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring proper positioning and functionality. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties and following departmental procedures. Report daily work progress and completed trouble reports to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum 02 years' experience in the position Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Experience in the field is a strong asset

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

Constant standing and walking throughout shift Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting * Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
