Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings 2. Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial 3. Maintain and repair damaged dish washers, broken pipes, and clogged drains 4. Assist pipefitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of pipe fixtures for water and air systems 5. Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team 6. Install plumbing systems in new residential and commercial buildings. 7. Work with our Expeditor to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed 8. Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time 9. Performs other related functions the management deem necessary. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes): 1. With experience working in the UAE in the following job: Plumber 2. Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills 3. Must be able to install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures/accessories and system, waste and air venting system layout. 4. Must be able to check/trouble shoot and repair water Pump fault and assess material requirement and its intended use for correct installation. 5. Must be well verse of using different kind of plumbing tools. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
