Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
5-6 years
of experience as a Plumber, preferably within a luxury hotel or large commercial facility.
Certification:
MUST
possess
valid and recognized professional plumbing certifications/licenses
.
Skill Set:
Proven expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply systems, drainage, sanitation fixtures, hot/cold water distribution, and pump systems.
Attributes:
Must be professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all plumbing and drainage systems.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve all types of plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and resort policies.
Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment.
