Job Description

Job Responsibilities for a Plumber:

Install plumbing systems

: Install pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment in new construction projects.

Inspect and maintain systems

: Regularly inspect and maintain existing plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.

Repair leaks and blockages

: Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.

Test systems

: Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and other issues to ensure they meet safety standards.

Follow safety regulations

: Adhere to local and provincial safety regulations and standards.

Communicate with clients

: Provide clear communication with clients to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.

Maintain records

: Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Collaborate with team members

: Work closely with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience

: 2-4 years of experience as a plumber or in a similar role.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing.

Skills

: Proficiency with hand and power tools, knowledge of building codes, and familiarity with plumbing materials.

Customer service

: Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Problem-solving

: Ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues efficiently.

Physical fitness

: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in tight spaces.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
