We are seeking a skilled Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper water distribution, drainage, and pipe fittings, as well as troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water supply networks, and drainage systems.
Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, clogs, and potential issues.
Diagnose plumbing problems and implement effective repair solutions.
Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, valves, faucets, and other plumbing appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system functionality.
Test water pressure and pipelines for leaks and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete plumbing tasks.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing repairs and breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and repair costs.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI certification in Plumbing or a related field
Strong knowledge of piping systems, water supply networks, drainage, and sanitation systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair leaks, clogged drains, and faulty fixtures.
Proficiency in using plumbing tools such as pipe wrenches, cutters, and testing devices.
Knowledge of PVC, PEX, copper, and galvanized pipe installations.
Familiarity with water heaters, sump pumps, and wastewater systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs as required.
Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, or industrial plumbing maintenance.
Certification in Plumbing Safety or related training.
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
