Operations and Maintenance of all MECH related assets such as Water tanks, Pumps, Plumbing Works, Water Heaters, Softeners, Water treatment, etc...
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Executing Technical Rounds and reporting any technical issues.
xc2xb7 Operating the assets in the best possible way to achieve maximum performance and minimum breakdown.
xc2xb7 Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are performed properly as per the job plan, standard operating procedures and O&M manual recommendations.
xc2xb7 Ensure all assets and systems are operating as per the design or operational requirements.
xc2xb7 Ensure proper reactive maintenance in case of asset or system breakdown.
xc2xb7 Ensure to master all aspects of the system and assets under his responsibility.
xc2xb7 Ensure safe environments for all staffs and others.
xc2xb7 Authorized to execute works within the common areas as assigned by the team leader or department head against a job card.
xc2xb7 Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and not to put other persons - fellow employees and members of the public - at risk by what you do or don't do in the course of your work;
xc2xb7 Cooperate with any company efforts to improve health and safety at work.
xc2xb7 Not to interfere with or misuse anything that's provided for your health, safety or welfare
Skills Required:
xc2xb7 Have thorough knowledge of MECH controls and components.
xc2xb7 Ability to use and interpret tools and measurements and readings.
xc2xb7 Autonomous troubleshoot and repair of MECH systems including electronic components and monitoring systems. Hands on skills in problem diagnosis.
xc2xb7 Able to conduct performance checks, interpret results and propose corrective actions to Team Leader.
xc2xb7 Hands on skills in problem diagnosis.
xc2xb7 Experience in asset condition verification.
xc2xb7 Good knowledge of booster pumps, transfer pump, PPR pipes , HDPE pipe rectification
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Diploma or ITI Holder
xc2xb7 Must have minimum of 3-5 years' experience in MECH equipment Operations & Maintenance in GCC
Should have good communication skills (English)
