To support Serco\xe2\x80\x99s continuous growth, our team at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi are looking for a Plumber who will ensure satisfactory completion of minor planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and remedial repairs on all Plumbing services and its associated equipment.

Key accountabilities
Carry out the planned and reactive maintenance of storage tanks, sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings (taps, showers, thermostatic mixer valves, cisterns and others) domestic hot and cold-water system, pipework, gutter and drainage system, water treatment systems.
Responsible for monitoring water consumption, collation of consumption figures, and update records as required.
Responsible for monitoring daily water temperature chlorine system update records as required.
To integrate and communicate effectively with other trade staff (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil) and assist them as required.

Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
Able to work under stringent deadlines and high-pressure environment.

Specific requirements
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a building service and/or facilities management environment.
Must hold relevant and recognized qualifications in a technical discipline, or equivalent.
Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of Plumbing maintenance services.
Technically competent with a clear understanding of HDPE Butt joint welding, PPR, GI & MS pipes fittings associated fittings, tools and equipment.
