Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop control system architectures including PLC and SCADA integration
Program and configure PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron, etc.)
Develop and maintain SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, iFIX, Citect, etc.)
Create HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens and operator interfaces
Perform system testing, simulation, and on-site commissioning
Troubleshoot control systems and provide technical support during operation
Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation teams for seamless integration
Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and as-built drawings
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering
3+ years of experience in PLC/SCADA programming and industrial automation
Hands-on knowledge of industrial protocols (MODBUS, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.)
Proficient in control panel design, electrical drawings, and instrumentation basics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to travel for site commissioning when required
Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
Preferred Experience:
Industry experience in oil & gas, water treatment, manufacturing, or utilities
Experience with remote monitoring and telemetry systems
Understanding of safety systems (SIL, ESD, Fire & Gas) is a plus
