Job Description
:
- Prior experience in any Manufacturing /Processing/Batching industry with hands-on experience in plant and Equipment controls with PLC and VFD.
- Ability to read Electrical Power, control schematic drawings, plant layouts, and blueprints.
- Hand-on experience in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical Valves, and actuator installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge in Process controls instruments, sensors & Transmitters (Proximity Switches, Limit Switches, Encoders, PT100/RTD\xe2\x80\x99s, Pressure Transducers, Load cell & flow meters Etc..)
- Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, and frequency drives.
- Setting and Calibration of the Weighing system.
- Electrical Power and control\xe2\x80\x99s fault-finding ability.
- Able to identify and review the technical specifications of equipment parts and drawings.
- Experience in scheduling & Executing Preventive, Corrective, and periodic maintenance of plant and equipment.
- Having knowledge in industrial HSE practices.
- Working Knowledge and experience with MS packages and pc-based production and maintenance reports.
- Basic designs and calculations of electrical loads, Schedules, Cable sizing, and protective system ratings.
- Able to handle a team of technicians, operators, and helpers
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
- Min 8years work experience in Production/Manufacturing Plants handling maintenance department
- GCC exposure preferred
- Experience in Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc
- Available to join immediately
