Job Description

Job Purpose:

Create a secure and joyful play environment for children by supervising activities, facilitating creative workshops, ensuring safety, and actively engaging in upselling efforts to enhance customer experiences and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Engagement

Supervise children, ensuring a secure and joyful play environment. Engage children in various activities, including cognitive, sensory, and psychometric exercises. Facilitate story-telling sessions, nursery rhymes, and creative workshops. Assist and encourage kids in arts and crafts, face painting, and sensory play.

2. Customer Interaction and Service

Maintain approachability and positive interaction with children, parents, and nannies. Resolve conflicts professionally, intervening in incidents and promoting a harmonious atmosphere. Cultivate relationships with nannies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Express appreciation to children frequently to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

3. Operational Support & Team Collaboration

Conduct daily risk assessments, ensuring the play area's cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with team members for effective upselling, achieving upselling targets. Provide insights on improvement opportunities, customer complaints, and repeating customers. Contribute to a dynamic work environment by encouraging staff and participating in skills improvement. Be ready to lend a hand with additional tasks when colleagues are unavailable, ensuring a seamless workflow and strong team support.

4. Events and Activities Organization

Organize and participate in various activities, such as dance time, bubble time, and workshops. Assist in arranging toys, ensuring a well-organized and appealing play area. Plan and execute special events, including birthdays, school trips, and themed activities. Contribute to the creation and implementation of entertaining and educational programs.

5. Retail and Upselling

Actively engage in upselling efforts, promoting additional services and experiences. Track and achieve upselling targets, contributing to revenue growth. Encourage staff to be more dynamic in upselling opportunities. Provide feedback on effective upselling strategies and improvement areas.
