We are looking for a kids play area supervisor with 5 years experience in the same field who can fulfill the following roles:
Supervise young children and ensure a safe and secure environment.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy.
Provide great customer service at all levels.
Respond quickly and efficiently in critical or emergency situations.
Interact with the children and participate with enthusiasm in their fun activities.
Take on administrative tasks to deliver services.
Escalate any risks/issues to the supervisor.
Share ideas/suggestions for increasing footfall.
Engage in up-selling and suggestive selling.
Possess knowledge of technical requirements/maintenance.
