Job Role: Enthusiastic, Playful, Fun personality that works great with kids to ensure that they are playing and happy. The job will include interacting, playing, face painting, caricature activities with children as well as supervising and ensuring their safety in Play area. Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all guests of all ages. Ensuring all customers are made aware of and promote the daily activities, upcoming events taking place in play area. Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities. Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are always met. Supervising children while playing. Help in designing monthly and weekly activities. Highlighting potential hazards to supervisor. Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in play area. Prepare, supervise, and conduct parties, camps, and other events. Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms, templates, and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to. To work well within in the team. Report any incidents or issues to manager. To work in shift patterns, show flexibility, to accommodate changes with special events. To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to supervisor. Travel requirements: occasional travel within country. Working Hours: 12hrs a day with weekly one day off. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum high school certificate. Must have previous experience interacting with children. Specialist knowledge: Skills in storytelling, face painting, arts and crafts, dancing, balloon bending, clowning etc. are all pluses. Skills in party planning and coordinating. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible. Language Fluency: Must be fluent in English.
