Female Plastic Surgery Nurse

At least 2 years experience in Dubai

DHA (At least 2 years experience in Dubai)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preoperative Care:

- Assess the patient's condition and medical history prior to surgery.

- Provide the patient with the necessary education about the surgical procedure and potential complications.

- Ensure that required tests (such as lab tests and x-rays) are completed.

2. Assistance During Surgery:

- Prepare the operating room and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.

- Assist the surgeon during the procedure (such as ensuring sterilization, delivering instruments, and monitoring vital signs).

- Administer medications and anesthesia under the physician's supervision.

3. Postoperative Follow-up:

- Monitor the patient in the recovery room and assess recovery from anesthesia.

- Change dressings, wound care, and sutures.

- Provide the patient with home care instructions (such as hygiene, medications, and physical activity).

- Monitor potential complications (such as bleeding, infection, and swelling).

4. Psychological Support:

- Provide emotional support to patients experiencing anxiety or changes in self-image after surgery.

- Explain the expected results and nature of recovery. Required Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques.

- Ability to handle precise surgical instruments.

- Excellent communication skills (especially with sensitive patients).

- Precision and ability to work under pressure.

- Experience in handling emergency situations (such as anesthesia allergies).

Qualifications

:

- Recognized nursing certification (diploma or bachelor's).

- DHA (At least 2 years experience in Dubai)

- Experience in surgical or intensive care nursing (preferred).

- Training courses in plastic surgery or cosmetic care (a plus).
