Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is DHA-licensed, passionate about aesthetic excellence, and committed to providing safe, effective, and natural-looking outcomes. This role involves performing advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic and aesthetic procedures according to DHA standards. Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Ensure patient safety, informed consent, accurate documentation, and compliance with all DHA guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and nursing staff. Provide follow-up care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans when needed. Maintain exceptional patient communication, education, and rapport. Contribute to clinic quality improvement, innovation in services, and protocol enhancements. Participate in marketing, before/after photography, and professional representation of the clinic when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

DHA License as a Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon (mandatory). Minimum 5+ years of total clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery. At least 3 years of plastic surgery experience in Dubai under DHA regulations. Proven expertise in procedures such as: Facial aesthetics (rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelifts, etc.) Body contouring (liposuction, tummy tuck, etc.) Breast procedures Non-surgical enhancements (injectables, threads, lasers preferred) Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills. Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to deliver natural, high-quality results. Commitment to ethical practice, safety protocols, and professional integrity.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in premium/luxury clinics. Strong portfolio of surgical results. Knowledge of the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies. Ability to work in a multicultural, high-expectation patient environment.
