Job Description

responsible for performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures to enhance or restore a patient's appearance and physical function. This role involves evaluating patients, planning surgeries, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures Evaluate patients and discuss surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans Perform pre-operative assessments and obtain informed consent Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery Manage surgical complications and provide follow-up care Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to medical ethics, safety protocols, and hospital policies
Qualifications

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) Postgraduate specialization in Plastic Surgery Valid medical license to practice Board certification preferred (where applicable)
Experience

Experience in cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures preferred Experience in hospital or accredited surgical center settings

Expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical techniques Strong decision-making and manual dexterity Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Attention to detail and aesthetic judgment Ability to work effectively under pressure
Work Environment

Hospitals, specialty clinics, and surgical centers May involve long hours, on-call duties, and operating room schedules
