Plastic Surgeon - Aesthetic & Reconstructive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our luxury medical clinic in the heart of Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on delivering natural, safe, and high-quality results to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surgical aesthetic procedures including but not limited to: Liposuction & body contouring Breast augmentation, reduction, and lift (implant & fat transfer techniques) Facial procedures: facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, neck lift, brow lift, otoplasty Reconstructive and corrective surgeries

Conduct non-surgical aesthetic treatments when required (e.g., injectables, fillers, Botox). Provide thorough pre-operative consultations and post-operative care. Develop tailored treatment plans to meet patient goals while ensuring safety and ethical standards. Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and follow Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations. Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, technologies, and aesthetic trends. Build long-term patient relationships, ensuring trust, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
Requirements:

Medical degree with specialization in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Valid DHA license/eligibility to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Dubai. Proven experience (5+ years) in aesthetic surgeries such as liposuction, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation. Strong aesthetic sense, precision, and surgical expertise. Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach. Commitment to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and confidentiality. Fluency in English (Arabic or Russian language skills are an advantage).
