We are seeking a skilled and experienced

plastic surgeon

to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures to enhance or restore the appearance and function of patients. The role requires precision, artistic vision, and a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with patients to evaluate their aesthetic or reconstructive needs. Recommend suitable surgical or non-surgical procedures based on clinical assessments. Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to Rhinoplasty Breast augmentation/reduction Liposuction Facelift Abdominoplasty Reconstructive surgery (post-trauma, burns, cancer, etc.) Ensure all procedures are carried out in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines. Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications, if any. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality care. Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques and aesthetic treatments. Educate patients on surgical risks, outcomes, and aftercare instructions.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with specialization in plastic & reconstructive surgery (M.Ch, FRCS, or equivalent). Valid medical license and surgical credentials in the practicing region. Board Certification in Plastic Surgery. Proven track record of successful surgeries and patient satisfaction.

Exceptional surgical and diagnostic skills. Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex procedures. Knowledge of the latest plastic surgery techniques and technologies. Commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Familiarity with laser treatments, fillers, Botox, and other non-invasive procedures. Experience in operating in a multi-specialty or aesthetic clinic environment.
