Responsibilities :
Apply coats of plaster to interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, partitions)
Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
Repair cracks, holes, or damaged areas before applying new plaster
Ensure alignment, thickness, and smoothness as per project standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow safety guidelines and site protocols
Requirements :
Minimum
3 years of experience
in plastering work
Skilled in both manual and spray plaster application
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated areas
Strong attention to detail and finish quality
Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding conditions
Ability to read and follow work instructions or drawings
UAE experience is required
