Job Description

Skilled Plaster Worker with experience in applying plaster, stucco, and decorative finishes on walls, ceilings, and partitions. Able to prepare surfaces, mix materials, and deliver high-quality finishing work for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents. Mix plaster, cement, and other materials to the required consistency. Apply coats of plaster using hand tools and power tools. Smooth, level, and finish surfaces to required texture (smooth, rough, decorative). Install corner beads, wire mesh, lath, and reinforcement materials. Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plaster surfaces. Work on both interior and exterior surfaces. Follow safety rules and maintain cleanliness of work area. Coordinate with site engineer/foreman for daily tasks. Ensure finishing quality meets company standards.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1-3 years experience as a plaster mason/plaster worker. Skilled in cement plaster, gypsum plaster, stucco, and finishing works. Ability to read basic drawings and instructions. Knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures. Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Teamwork and time-management skills.
