Job Description
Looking for a Plant Supervisor for a Plastic Manufacturing company in Umm Al Quwain Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of Plant Experience handling labor, stock handling, and storekeeping experience is required. You will be responsible for the loading-unloading of material, and finished products, training labor on all Safety procedures and all labor management in the factory. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee plant operations and all employees
- Maintain high standard of customer service
- Monitor production output, product quality and on-time delivery
- Recruit, manage and develop plant staff
- Collect and analyze data in order to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal regulations and company policies
- Oversee labor relations in a union environment
- Maintain site assets and optimize equipment life cycle
- Forecast labor requirements
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
