Job Description

Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and operating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within an office building

1. Equipment Operation

Operate and monitor plant machinery, equipment, and systems. Start up, shut down, and adjust machines to maintain smooth operations. Ensure all equipment runs safely and efficiently.

2. Monitoring & Maintenance

Check gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Identify equipment issues and report faults immediately. Assist maintenance teams in repairs when needed.

3. Production & Process Control

Follow production schedules and operational instructions. Record operational data such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates. Maintain proper chemical mixing, fuel levels, or material handling (depending on plant type).

4. Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Conduct safety checks and report hazards. Ensure operations comply with company policies and local regulations.

5. Housekeeping & Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of the plant area and equipment. Ensure waste materials are handled and disposed of properly.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain logs and reports for daily operations. Report incidents, abnormalities, or irregularities to supervisors.

7. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other operators. Communicate any operational concerns promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

with 2 years' experience with the same role with valid QID Transferable Visa

Salary Offered:

QR. 1,800 + 300 food allowance / plus other expat benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,100.00 per month
