Only candidates with Transmission Tower Manufacturing Experience should apply. Applicants must currently be serving as Plant Head, Factory Manager, or Factory Head. Company - Listed EPC Company with Multiple Manufacturing Plants Role - Plant Head Qualification - Engineering Graduate ( Mechanical Preferred) Experience - +18 Years Age - Not more than 53 Years JOB Location - Dubai - UAE Responsibilities of a Plant Head in Transmission Line Manufacturing: o Manufacturing Operations: Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. o Production Planning & Scheduling: Ensuring efficient production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demands. o Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure that manufactured products meet specifications and standards. o Personnel Management: Hiring, training, and managing plant personnel, including production staff, engineers, and technicians. o Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment for all plant personnel. o Continuous Improvement: Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. o Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling production costs to optimize profitability. o Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery. o Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.



Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

o Engineering Background: A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and engineering principles. o Leadership and Management: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively. o Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale manufacturing projects. o Quality Management: Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures. o Safety: Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
