Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant Coordinator to join our team in the Metals
Industry. The Plant Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring
that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will
have experience in the Metals Industry and be familiar with production processes, plant maintenance, and
safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure that materials are
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.
- Work with the Plant Manager to develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Manage and oversee plant personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor plant efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and ensure that expenditures are within budgeted amounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in the Metals Industry, with knowledge of production processes and plant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
