Missions : Provide general administrative support to leadership team Perform offices duties and ordering supplies Coordinate communication and marketing actions aligning with company standards Coordinate logistic preparation for events, visits, communication meetings Coordinate executive communications and interfacing with suppliers and corporate management. Prepare travel logistics: visa, booking,... Manage site authorization access and welcome visitors Support on recording management reports and documentations Organize meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and meeting minutes records

To be successful in this role : Education : Bac+4/5 in Business Administration Experience : Junior Ability to meet deadlines Result oriented Proactivity Good communication skills Strong organization skills MS Office

Languages : Fluent in French and English.
