[Roles & Responsibilities] Mission - Top management decision support to achieve Target - Process setup for efficient utilization of resources and organizations Key Responsiblities 〮 Performance Management. - Weekly performance management - Monthly performance analysis, main KPI management, Progress management in comparison to goal 〮 Key performance Report and Meeting management 〮 Regional Organization’s expense and closing Dimensions - Capable of working in a deadline driven environment. - Experience of working in a multi-national financial environment - Hard working personality, flexibility [Experience/Requirements] Experience - At least 2-3 years working experience in Planning and Finance Education - A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Language - Korean, English Other Skills - Strong organizational skills - Team-player with excellent communication skills - Ability to use MS offices
