As a Planning Specialist for Health Care in Middle East & Africa Region, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Gather and apply market intelligence to the demand plan. Market intelligence may come from sales, marketing, key accounts, and other sources
• Leads cross functional projects that improve supply chain speed, efficiency, and inventory management
• Determine to maintain and improve KPIs fulfilment: Fulfill pre assigned Metrics
• Support Sales and Marketing departments on sales forecasting through a monthly Sales and Operational planning meeting, supporting a demand driven Supply Chain through maintaining a close contact with sales, marketing and finance, publishing and presenting service and Inventory Results
• Self motivated and possess out of the box thinking

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• 3 Years of Demand & Supply Planning Experience in related industries
• MS Excel & SAP expertise

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• CPIM / APICS Certification
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated analytical and communication skills
• Ability to identify areas that require improvements and suggest plans for remediation
• Ability to react quickly and decisively to constantly changing demands
