Job Description
Job Purpose
- Responsible of implementing and supervision of daily activities, which are related to marine transportation. Carry out data and information compiling to the Achievement of the strategic objective and KPIs, as well as recording, reporting, following up, and closing out of assigned tasks and assignments and monitoring relevant operational functions for smooth running of marine operations.
- Compile the gathered information and validate them for accuracy for senior management formulation of assignments, directives, strategies and policies.
- Responsible for ensuring that all decisions and directives from the senior management of Marine Transport Department are implemented properly.
- Report to management on implementation progress, difficulties encountered and feasible recommendations to address problems.
- Collate information as necessary to support decision making by senior management during implementation stage.
- Validate established objectives of assignments are met successfully.
- Input and maintain accurate and current records of issues in the following-up process on the implementation of directives.
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering from recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience in Quality management and planning or similar Environment.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
