Planning & Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Planning & Procurement Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning project schedules, coordinating material procurement, and ensuring the timely delivery of resources to support efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and monitor

project schedules

, timelines, and progress reports Prepare

material procurement plans

, forecasts, and BOQ requirements Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure

cost-effective and quality

materials Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely availability of materials Review drawings and project specifications to identify material needs Monitor inventory levels and track material usage at project sites Generate procurement reports, delivery schedules, and project status updates Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements Support project planning, tender submissions, and cost control activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in Planning and Procurement within the construction industry Strong knowledge of civil materials, suppliers, and market pricing Proficiency in

MS Office, MS Project & Zoho Books.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
