The Role

This role will navigate between on-site activities and Head office duties. The Planning will be responsible for day-to-day planning tasks ie Baseline program, EOT, resource and cost loading. Ensure project milestones are met. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Oversee project delivery to high-quality standards within budget constraints.



Requirements

Ideally Minimum 15 years Project Planning, Scheduling, and Management skills with Main Contractors in the UAE. Experience with Tier 1 Contractors delivering large complex building projects is preferred. Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate there is a necessity. No Commuters! Experience in coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proficiency in project management software.
