Job Purpose: As the Planning - Inventory & Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, managing projects, and overseeing overall site stocks. Your contributions will be essential for identifying logistics objectives, assessing and controlling stock tasks and risks, and successfully completing projects. Job Accountabilities & Objectives: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Proper Planning: \xe2\x80\xa2 Define project scope in collaboration with senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create detailed work plans, SOPs for Systems, and support third parties on projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determine required resources and develop schedules for effective project completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review stock management planning requests and align with schedules. Staffing Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Recruit, interview, and select staff with appropriate skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage staff according to established policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure inventory personnel receive appropriate orientation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive improvements within the overall structure. Departmental Strategy Execution: \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute planning according to the site plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor site space progress and adjust as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish communication schedules for stakeholder updates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review work quality with customers to meet contract standards. Control Measures Implementation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Write reports for management and communicate as outlined. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and approve budgeted expenditures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage projects according to accounting policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure financial records are updated. Project Evaluation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate outcomes of Business as Usual (BAU). \xe2\x80\xa2 Objective Weight: 10% Communication & Working Relationships: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the General Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Contract Logistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Account Managers for task delegation and information exchange. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with Client/Site Representatives for reporting results through KPIs and formal reviews.

Requirements

• University Degree or Professional Qualification in a related subject. \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License or International Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years\' experience in large-scale 3PL operations in a management role. \xe2\x80\xa2 5 to 8 years planning and/or management experience.
