Project Scheduling:
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules usingPrimavera P6
orMicrosoft Project
.Resource Allocation:
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient utilization.Progress Monitoring:
Track and analyze project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective measures.Reporting:
Prepare and present regular progress and performance reports, including forecasts and status updates.Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.Budget Management:
Support cost tracking and ensure project activities remain within the approved budget.Compliance:
Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply withUAE labor laws
and project regulations.Quality Assurance:
Support monitoring of quality standards to ensure deliverables meet client and company expectations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
,Construction Management
, or related field. Minimum5 years of proven experience
in project planning within the construction industry (UAE experience preferred). Proficiency inPrimavera P6
andMicrosoft Project
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity withUAE construction standards and labor laws
. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications

orPMI-SP
. Experience inlarge-scale infrastructure projects
