Job Summary
We are seeking a
Planning Engineer
with approximately3 years of experience
in the UAE construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely project delivery in compliance with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
baseline project schedules
using Primavera P6 Developwork breakdown structures (WBS)
and detailed project programs Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Prepareweekly and monthly progress reports
Track delays and prepareEOT (Extension of Time) claims
if required Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors Analyze critical path and resource allocation Support cost control and cash flow forecasting Ensure planning activities align with project scope, budget, and timelines Attend project meetings and provide planning input Maintain planning records and documentation as per UAE standardsRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field Minimum3 years of planning experience
, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge ofPrimavera P6
(mandatory) Familiarity withMS Project
(advantage) Understanding of UAE construction practices and contract conditions (FIDIC) Strong analytical and reporting skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJob Type: Full-time
