Develop, update, and maintain Level 1 Level 4 project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, BOQ, resources, and contractual milestones.
Identify and monitor the critical path, near critical activities, and schedule risks.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and compare against baseline and look ahead plans.
Prepare S curves, dashboards, productivity reports, and earned value analysis (EVA).
Conduct CCPM buffer monitoring and support recovery planning.
Perform resource planning including manpower, equipment, and materials; execute resource levelling.
Forecast resource requirements and identify productivity gaps with site teams.
Conduct delay analysis using window analysis, impacted as planned, or as built vs as planned methods.
Support delay claim preparation, EOT requests, and documentation of delay drivers.
Assess schedule impact of scope changes, design revisions, procurement delays, and site constraints.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors for schedule alignment.
Participate in internal and client progress review meetings and present schedule performance.
Assist in monitoring project costs, comparing budget vs actual, and preparing cash flow forecasts.
Maintain schedule version control, update logs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Prepare structured, timely progress reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
Ensure planning documents, assumptions, and constraints are clearly recorded and traceable.
Integrate schedule updates with ERP systems and develop Excel based trackers and analytics.
Analyse productivity trends, KPIs, and variances to recommend corrective actions.
Demonstrate ownership through proactive risk identification, early warnings, and solution driven behaviour.
Support preparation of as built schedules, closeout documentation, and DLP planning.
