Job Description
Develop, update, and maintain
project schedules
usingPrimavera P6
and/orMS Project
in line with contract milestones and project deliverables. Preparebaseline programs
,recovery schedules
, andresource-loaded schedules
for management approval. Coordinate closely withProject Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement
teams to ensure effective project planning and resource allocation. Analyzeproject progress, productivity, and resource usage
; provide weekly and monthly progress reports. Forecast potential delays and develop mitigation and recovery plans. Support in the preparation and submission ofExtension of Time (EOT)
anddelay analysis reports
in compliance with FIDIC/contract requirements. Develop and maintaincash flow forecasts
,resource histograms
, andmanpower plans
. Review subcontractor programs and monitor alignment with the main project schedule. Ensure compliance withHSE, QA/QC
, and company procedures. Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Job Type:

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
