Job Description

We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer with strong experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of works, and coordinating closely with project, procurement, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to align timelines and deliverables Plan and track all phases of interior fit-out and joinery work, including approvals, manufacturing, delivery, and installation Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client presentations Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports Monitor resource allocation and cost loading for effective project control Ensure alignment with project budgets and contract requirements Attend project meetings and interface with consultants, contractors, and clients Support project close-out and handover planning

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with a focus on fit-out and joinery projects Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel Solid understanding of interior construction sequences, joinery production cycles, and site execution challenges Knowledge of project management methodologies and FIDIC contracts is a plus Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
