Job Description
Job Summary:
The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring project timelines and milestones are met. This includes coordination with project teams, updating work programs, and preparing project progress reports using planning software like Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Monitor project progress and update baseline schedules regularly.
Identify critical paths, delays, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare and present progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead plans.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
Track resource allocation and analyze productivity.
Support project control and cost management teams with time-related input.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
5+ years of experience in project planning in construction (UAE/GCC preferred).
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies.
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification (preferred).
Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects in the UAE.

Pay: From AED10.00 per month
