Job Description

The Role

Develop and update project schedules using Primavera o Coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure timelines are met o Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports o Assist in resource planning and forecasting o Analyze project risks and suggest mitigation plans o Support in project documentation and planning meetings o Ensure alignment with project budget and timelines

Requirements

Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. o Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning techniques. o Experiences: 2 to 3 years of planning experience in the UAE real estate or construction sector. Salary to be determined post-interview, based on experience and qualifications.
