Create and manage production plan for Injection molding machines and extrusion machineries to meet customer delivery requirements.
Maintain and utilize MRP to aid in materials planning.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions for raw materials.
Assess availability of components / subassemblies & schedule delivery / production of the same to meet production schedule and on time.
Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
Work closely with and provide guidance to Production, QA and Sales regards material status and production planning issues.
Creating and posting Discrete Jobs in Oracle ERP system and BMS software with two way integration.
