Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai Salary \xe2\x80\x93 AED 5000 - 7000 Industry \xe2\x80\x93 Oilfield Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s manufacturing Job Requirements:
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-6 years of costing and estimation experience in relevant production in Oil and Gas industry knowledge.
- Must have experience in repair/re-manufacturing operations of API,16A,16C,6A & 7-1
- Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Oracle System
- Must have adequate knowledge in estimation/manufacturing/machine shop/welding processes/repair/re-manufacturing operations/API Monogram.
- Manage and process all customers enquires received.
- Collate and prepare quotations in line confirmed scope of work.
- Produce detailed workings with breakdown of estimated process man hours required.
- Liaise with production to determine available capacity to offer accurate delivery timescales
- Coordinate with sales regarding target or market pricing against estimation
- Generate weekly and monthly report to management
- Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions
- Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system
- Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries
- Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.
