Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Planning Engineer

with a strong background in ADNOC projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring within the oil and gas sector and must be fully familiar with ADNOC procedures and project lifecycle standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports, including S-curves and variance analyses. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with the project timeline. Conduct delay analysis and provide mitigation strategies. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports in accordance with ADNOC standards. Assist in the preparation of project execution plans, baseline programs, and recovery schedules. Support tendering teams with time schedules and resource planning. Ensure compliance with ADNOC-specific project controls and planning guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in planning and scheduling in the

oil & gas sector

, with at least

3 years on ADNOC projects

. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and MS Project. Strong knowledge of

ADNOC project control procedures

. Familiar with project management tools and techniques (WBS, Critical Path, EVM, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. PMP or PSP certification is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

Currently based in the UAE or available for immediate mobilization. Prior experience with ADNOC Main Contractors or EPC companies. Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment.
