Urgent hiring of Planning Engineer for Muscat, Oman. JOB DESCRIPTION: Pre-Tender: Scheduling, Cash flow, Resource planning at tender stage for bid Post Tender: Scheduling of project for obtaining maximum profit & optimum manpower engagement Manpower planning for ongoing projects (Manpower Histogram) Preparing cash-flow, Shop drawing & Procurement schedule as per the baseline Monitoring & tracking the progress of the ongoing project Recovery/Acceleration program if the project is lagging Arranging PRM with team co-ordination and recording MOM for progress evaluation General: Resource planning for anticipated projects (Manpower, Asset) Providing staff & worker engagement/recruitment/exit plan Establish and define any job-oriented project control procedures and level of resources required to operate them. WORK EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Atleast 8 years of experience with reputed contracting firm. A degree in Civil Engineering Excellent communication skills Exceptional skills in Primavera / MS Office Ability to handle all aspects of planning activities Capable to support the project team in achieving the milestones Contributing at the time of tendering Ensuring the cost control is considered along with the planning Should join in not less than 15 days. Salary: OMR 500-600 + Bachelor accommodation + transportation + insurance + medical as per the law permitted + Annually 30 days paid leave + 2-way air fare annually + Mobile allowance Willing to be relocated/assigned in Muscat, Oman. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
